The first wave of the deadly tsunami that occurred in 2004 hits the
shore in Thailand as people scramble about to reach a safe place. The
Indian Ocean tsunami killed about 2,00,000 people. The worst-hit
countries were Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India, Maldives and Thailand.
