LAST RESPECTS PAY TO ZANJEER, THE BRAVE LABRADOR POWERFUL PICTURE FROM INDIA
Zanjeer, the Labrador, saved innumerable lives in the Mumbai serial
blasts in 1993, when he sniffed out the scooter bomb. By the time of his
death he had detected more that 3,329 kgs of explosive RDX, 600
detonators, 249 hand grenades and 6406 rounds of live ammunition. He
developed bone cancer and passed away in 2000. He was buried with full
state honours.
